By accessing, browsing, or using the bdtjll website located at https://bdtjll.app (the "Platform"), creating a player account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules, guidelines, or game-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time. These documents collectively form the entire legal agreement between you and bdtjll ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. bdtjll reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice via a prominent in-platform notification or by email to the address registered on your account. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.

These Terms are written in English and the English-language version is the sole legally binding version. Any translation provided for convenience does not create additional rights or obligations and does not supersede the English original. In the event of any inconsistency between a translated version and the English original, the English version prevails in all cases.

The bdtjll Platform is intended exclusively for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on the Platform. This minimum age requirement is strictly enforced and applies to all players regardless of jurisdiction.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active bdtjll account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age.
2. You are acting as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any business or third party.
3. You are not depositing funds on behalf of another person.
4. You are not a professional player or using any automated system, bot, or algorithmic strategy prohibited under Section 7 of these Terms.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account closed by bdtjll for a violation of these Terms.
6. You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your location. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
7. You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of bdtjll or an immediate family member of such a person.

bdtjll reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Where a player cannot provide satisfactory proof that they are aged 18 or above, the account will be suspended immediately pending verification, and any funds held in the account will be withheld until the matter is resolved. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and all deposits returned, with any associated winnings forfeited.

Each player may hold only one (1) account on the bdtjll Platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a false identity, or in combination with another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and recovery of any withdrawals made in breach of this rule.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile phone number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly if it changes. bdtjll is not responsible for any loss suffered as a result of outdated or inaccurate account information provided by the player.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. All activity carried out using your account credentials is your sole responsibility. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify bdtjll support immediately via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected].

Account Currency

The bdtjll Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). All account balances, deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and wagering requirements are denominated in BDT unless explicitly stated otherwise. The minimum deposit to activate a player account is ৳200. There is no minimum balance required to maintain an account, but bdtjll reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months after giving 30 days' written notice.

Deposits

bdtjll accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL) mobile banking. All deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit enforced by bdtjll, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction limits.

Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. bdtjll does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is identified as having originated from a payment account not belonging to the registered player, the deposit will be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation. You must not deposit funds obtained through illegal means. bdtjll operates anti-money-laundering (AML) controls and is entitled to request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual deposits.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to all players who have completed KYC identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bdtjll does not charge any withdrawal fee; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bdtjll accepts no responsibility.

For KYC-verified accounts using standard payment methods, withdrawal processing time is typically under 30 minutes during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). During peak periods such as BPL season or major promotional events, processing may take up to 2 hours. Withdrawal requests that trigger enhanced due diligence checks may be held for up to 5 business days while documentation is reviewed.

Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in line with bdtjll's anti-money-laundering obligations. bdtjll reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, including but not limited to a copy of your NID, a selfie for identity verification, and proof of the payment method used.

bdtjll offers a range of bonuses and promotional programmes to both new and existing players. All bonus offers are subject to these general Terms and any specific bonus terms published alongside the individual offer at the time of opt-in. In the event of a conflict between a specific bonus term and these general Terms, the specific bonus term takes precedence for that offer only.

Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by bdtjll are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 40x) will be clearly displayed on the promotion page and in your active bonus dashboard. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity window specified for each bonus. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be forfeited along with any associated winnings.

Eligible Games

Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each qualifying bet, while live casino games, certain table games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10%–20%) or may be excluded entirely. The eligible game list and contribution rates for each active bonus are displayed in the Bonus section of your account dashboard. Placing wagers on excluded games while a bonus is active will not count towards the wagering requirement and may result in bonus forfeiture if the terms expressly prohibit such wagers.

General Bonus Rules

Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled. Players may only hold one active deposit bonus at a time. bdtjll reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus programme at any time with reasonable notice. Players found to be abusing the bonus system — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing offsetting bets, or exploiting promotion mechanics — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts reviewed for potential closure.

All games available on the bdtjll Platform are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology certified by the respective game providers. The outcome of each game round is independently determined and cannot be influenced by bdtjll, the player, or any third party. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent the theoretical long-term average payout for each game and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or bet.

By placing a wager on the bdtjll Platform, you acknowledge that gambling is a game of chance, that the house edge means that over a sufficiently large number of bets the Platform is statistically expected to retain a portion of all wagers, and that no strategy, system, or method can guarantee consistent winnings. You agree to play for entertainment purposes and within limits you have set for yourself in accordance with our Responsible Gaming Policy.

Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers bilateral series — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the Cricket section of the Platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, suspended, or rescheduled, settlement rules follow the standard cricket betting conventions published there. bdtjll reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

Live Casino

Live casino games are hosted and operated by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. The rules of each live table game (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti) are those applicable to the specific game variant being played, as stated in the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game round, the round will be settled according to the result recorded by the live game server at the time of disconnection.

bdtjll maintains a safe, fair, and lawful environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, bdtjll reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the offending account, void all associated bets and bonuses, withhold or recover any winnings, and take any further legal action deemed appropriate.

1. Multiple accounts: Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one player account on the bdtjll Platform, whether directly or through a third party.
2. False identity: Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or KYC verification, including using another person's identity documents.
3. Underage access: Attempting to register or play while under the age of 18, or knowingly assisting a person under 18 to access the Platform.
4. Automated play: Using software bots, scripts, automated betting systems, AI-assisted prediction tools, or any mechanical or electronic device that provides an unfair advantage in gameplay or sports betting markets.
5. Collusion: Coordinating with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any game, sporting event, or bonus programme.
6. Chargebacks: Initiating an unauthorized chargeback or payment dispute with your mobile money provider or bank in relation to a deposit made to bdtjll. Any chargeback will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
7. Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus mechanics through hedging bets, using multiple accounts, or any other method designed to circumvent the wagering requirements attached to a bonus offer.
8. Money laundering: Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform as a mechanism to conceal, transfer, or integrate illicitly obtained funds.
9. Hacking or interference: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Platform, its servers, databases, or any player account other than your own; introducing malicious code or attempting to disrupt Platform services.
10. Abusive behaviour: Directing abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing language or conduct towards bdtjll staff members via Live Chat, email, or any other communication channel.

bdtjll reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: a breach of these Terms, failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, suspicious account activity, detection of prohibited conduct as set out in Section 7, or where continued operation of the account would pose a regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform.

Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, any pending withdrawals will be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no breach of these Terms, the account will be reinstated and any held withdrawals processed promptly. If a breach is confirmed, bdtjll reserves the right to retain funds in accordance with the specific breach and applicable law.

Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting bdtjll support via Live Chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, bdtjll will process any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to your registered withdrawal method within 5 business days. Bonus funds are forfeited upon voluntary account closure unless the wagering requirement has already been fully met.

Responsible Gaming Closure

Players who wish to close their account for responsible gaming reasons, or who wish to activate self-exclusion, should clearly state this when making their closure request. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a priority and take effect within 24 hours. Once a self-exclusion is active, no marketing communications will be sent and the account cannot be reopened before the self-exclusion period expires. Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of no login activity. bdtjll will notify you by email 30 days before applying dormancy status. A dormant account with a positive real-money balance will have an inactivity fee of ৳50 per month deducted from the balance until either the account is reactivated or the balance reaches zero. No fee is applied to accounts with a zero balance.
